Payment

My fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the client.

Full days are usually up to 9 hours, half days are up to 4 hours.

Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via direct bank transfer; if paying via SumUp, there will be an additional 3% administration fee.

Cancellation:

More than 14 days prior to tour: 100% refunded (minus any admin or ticket charges incurred).
7-14 days: 50% refunded (minus any admin or ticket charges incurred).
Less than 7 days: No refund.

Insurance:

Although I am covered by public liability insurance, clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own travel insurance.

Privacy Policy:

Subscribers to my newsletter sign up knowingly, opting into the emails. An unsubscribe link is provided with each email.

All personal data is protected and stored for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter with latest blog posts, updates and marketing. Personal data will never be shared with any third parties, ever.
